Great house! Great host!

Host were very responsive and accommodating. House was in great shape and exactly what was advertised. Would stay at this house again. 10/10

We paid $300 extra for pool heating (because that’s what “luxury” places charge, right?), only to find the water at a crisp 14°C (58°F) the entire stay. The host requires guests to request heating at least 7 days in advance, yet somehow never thought to check if it actually worked before our arrival. The host claimed that was an extra amenity but we booked this place because it had this offer. One of the full bathrooms was completely unusable due to flooding. We reported this matter since day 1 but the host claimed that they can only fixed the problem after we left. Random strangers walking onto the property without warning. 2 gardeners came in without any notification, we had to notify the landlord to ask what happened. 45 mins later, another guy came in without any notice and claimed he was the plumber! The host issued a 10% of our entire stay without our cosense, no agreement between us at all! but they stated that they will do better for their future guest only.But NOT US.

Property had all the amenities advertised. It was quiet and comfortable and exactly what we needed to host our children for my 60th birthday celebration. Issues with the property detract from the overall experience. Cement patios slabs had shifted creating gaps and tripping hazards. The piers supporting the upstairs master bedroom deck had sunk and created a significant slope. This shifting had also made the pickleball court uneven. The inside was clean, but outdoor areas were not really well maintained. Outdoor furniture was very dusty and debris from the palm trees was strewn around the yard.

The kitchen trash had not been removed, showers were dirty (tile discolored with slimy mildew), shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles nearly empty, not enough bath towels or kitchen towels, bed linen had not been changed even though the host assured that they had been: found long hairs and dried snot in one bed, short hairs in another, 2 beds left as if it had already been slept in; the host was contacted but because of the late hour, was not able to find someone to change the sheets which meant that several people were not able to sleep in the beds. The jacuzzi water was luke warm, had to be fixed. Pavement in front and back is so uneven that one person tripped and fell. Luckily, he wasn't hurt badly but these issues should be addressed. Pickleball court is too slanted to play on, horrible net (luckily Sunset Park was nearby), bring your own Kleenex (not provided). Even after explaining the issues, we were credited a VERY small amount. SadIy, I would not recommend this home.

The house was nice and can handle a large gathering but it is a split level with lots of stairs. The other issue was we were there during Jan. and the weather was cold so the hot tub didn’t get hot until almost 8:30. We wanted to use it after the trade show ended at 5 so we did not get to enjoy it at all😩

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was very large and well appointed. It's an easy 30 minute drive to the strip, as well as easy access to the airport or other areas of Las Vegas. There's both a swimming pool and a pool table, a hot tub, a pickleball court, and two very nice BBQ grills. Apparently it's not possible to heat the pool and hot tub at the same time, so just be aware of your preference. We enjoyed boht. We had a group of 13 guys; fitting them all in the house took a little creativity, but ultimately everyone had a great time.

Great place, conveniently located to airport, strip and Freemont St. Host was fantastic and very responsive. Will be looking to stay at more of their properties next time in the area!

Excellent house - lots of room - we had a lot of fun playing pickle ball!

The good: Property was clean, is spacious and comfortable, well apportioned with cooking and dining utensils, has beautiful landscaping and fruit trees. Cunningham group staff responds quickly. Pickleball is fun. Super easy checkout, which was wonderful. The bad: The hot tub is only set to be hot for a few hours a day. If you want the pool heated, that'll be extra money, and only heated when the hot tub isn't. You will be joined by the pool vacuum and its hose while bathing. Staff is overly communicative. Pool table is playable but cheap - still fun tho.

This home was a great place to meet up for our business retreat. Plenty of room for everyone and lots to do.

Great Stay for Family or Friends Positive: The location was great, the facilities were lovely and it was peaceful. Whenever we had a problem (although there was hardly any) the staff were very quick to respond and great. The house was clean and had everything we could have asked for. Negative: Nothing.

Wir kamen mit 10 Freunden nach einem langen Flug endlich in unserer Traumvilla mit dem wunder - wunderschönen Pool an und waren begeistert. Es hat uns alles sehr angesprochen und wenn wir eine Frage hatten, wurde diese innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Das einzige, was uns irritiert hat, daß draußen manches ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen scheint und ein bisschen Laub rumlag (Im Pool und umzu). Trotzdem ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, weil es einfach ein Traum ist, da seinen Urlaub zu Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.

The house was even more beautiful in person. Very spacious and very clean. Definitely worth every penny

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Cunningham Group’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Cunningham Group was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with 15 minutes drive to the strip. We also enjoyed exploring the local area and found pickleball courts and great dining options near by in Henderson. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Cunningham Group and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

Cunningham group was fine, but their communication about the noise laws was inconsistent and confusing. All of their signage in the house says the noise ordinance starts at 10pm, but the signs do not state you cannot be outside. Which is confusing, because the agreement says you can't be outside past 10pm. If you "break the rule" you get ZERO warning, and the city will fine the house $1000. Unfortuantely we had other issues like a dirty pool (which they fixed quicky) and cockroaches in the house. Not worth the price (we paid $4000 for 4 nights) but its worth about $1500 for 4 nights. A shame that the city is so crazy, but because of that, I do not recommend this house. I would look elsewhere.

Our stay near Las Vegas was wonderful. The home is very spacious and comfortable for our 11 person group. We had a great time visiting with family and the Las Vegas strip was a close 20 minute drive away when we wanted to visit. Property management was extremely responsive to any question we had during our stay. Note the property has a three car garage which was helpful with high temperatures in July. Would recommend the place to others.

Our travel group consisted of four families of teens and adults. A door code was provided within 24 of arrival. There were email communications that gave detailed pool information. The decor was attractive and rooms spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped. We were notified that winds may blow debris into the pool. We just skimmed it and it was fine. We were very concerned about the noise ordinance. We were respectful and it was not a problem. I don’t believe that the community is waiting for a mistake but want

We had tons of fun using the BBQ grill and pool. Great choice for a group gathering! Lots of rooms and space. One of the bedroom near the entrance was a bit hot though - A/C didn't work super well there. Otherwise, 5 out of 5! Definitely recommend for a big trip.

I rented this house for 14 family members for the long Memorial Day weekend. There was an abundance of space. We never felt cramped and there was so much to do for everyone there - ages ranging from 80 to 5. Some people lounged in the house, some played pickleball or hung out in the pool, others played billiards and more. It was super fun and relaxing. The communication with the Cunningham Group was clear and they were very proactive.

I have no words for this place myself and my family stayed here for a family wedding and it exceeding expectations. It was so special and we all loved staying here. It’s located in a beautiful area overlooking a golf course. We would 100% recommend, and would definitely consider staying again. It’s a short distance to the strip of Las Vegas, airport, supermarket everything that you need! Thank you for making our time certainly one to remember. Impeccable service from start to finish.

Fantastisk hus. Nydelig, rent og veldig romslig. Vi var åtte gutter på sin første tur til Vegas. Koste oss masse i huset, grillet, lå i jacuzzien og hadde generelt et helt magisk opphold. Tusen takk for at vi fikk være gjester hos dere. Kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake.

My guests and I loved the house. Property manager was very fast and responsive. The property was clean. The strip and Fredmont Street were both about 15 minute drives (not bad of a drive; got a view of all surroundings like the desert and mountains). I would definitely stay again.

The place was awesome and had ample space for 12 men. Host communicated back quickly and the neighborhood was peaceful. The house was beautiful just like the pictures. The pool did get dirty quite quickly from all the surrounding trees, but it was easy to clean with the pool net. Thanks for the stay ! We had a great time! Highly recommend.
